No E-Stop

Just received my kit and have been building via the Wiki. On Step 14 - Electronics, the Wiki shows the kit should have included an E-Stop; I don't have this. Prior to going back to Inventables, am I misunderstanding the build instructions on the Wiki?

Hoping I can get some insight.

Thanks,
Kerry

Re: IRC Chat

Just hopped on the site tonight...there are a few users in the room, but no chatter. Wondering if they're all bots.

Re: Mechanical Kit + my electronics

Wow!! Honestly, I had no idea this little build would have such capability! I really thought I was looking at .25" as the upper limits of the cutting range. Tomorrow can't get here soon enough!

Re: Mechanical Kit + my electronics

Once the stock build is complete I'll be revisiting this page to see my options. ;)

Of the stock configuration, what is the maximum thickness of MDF it would cut?

Re: RC DXF FIles

Import the DXF files into a tool such as InkScape, then scale them, then re-save / export them. Will, I think the issue was the process I would use to convert the PDF files to DXF format. I would use an online (free) service to convert; the returned DXF files were huge when imported into Sketchup. ...

Will,

The plans are initially PDF files and I convert them to DXF online. Not sure how to scale them before importing as I use Sketchup.

I have been googling, but not finding anything to lead me down the path.

Any insight?
