Ran the Hello World ok...Except for me downloading the Inches file then selecting metric....had hand on the button though but it got the marker.... :D

it's hard to tell from the angle of the video, but, your gantry is moving to much... are your x rails pushed together? with the spacers provided to assemble the x motor plates there should be about an 1/8" gap between the doubled x rails... also, you may want to double check your v wheel adjustment, if they're not adjusted properly it will allow your gantry to 'rock'...

There is roughly a 1/8 gap between the double rails......My v wheels are tightened to the point is a little stiff to move.....I can't find what is causing that wobble

one other thing that you can check is if the 2 bottom bolts on the z rail or tight. If you put the insertion nuts in upside down during assembly they don't seem to tighten as well, sounds werid but I had the issue. Also, while assembled, its easier to tighten them if you insert your hex wrench through the inspection hole of the back x plate.

After that, being a newbie myself, that's all I got. Sorry, hope you figure it out, because even if it's not part of the noise I don't think you'll be happy with you routing when cutting thicker or stronger materials...

I've gone over the entire machine once again and nothing is loose.....I did notice the table it is on wobbles a little....staying to think it is an optical illusion......

My wife gets all the first parts off my machines.....Just did this quickly with my Daughter on Easle and let my daughter paint it........

You are correct sir.....I want it running perfectly....I Recieved my kit 2 weeks sooner than I was expecting so I put my laser cutter project on hold.....Now that the shapeoko is running I will go back to the laser four a little bit......Thank you for all your help and in sure I will require more of it.....
