Yet another Z axis design

My machine is not really a Shapeoko, but is heavily inspired by it. I'm using a threaded rod Nema17 motor from RobotDigg:

(No association, just a customer)
Below is the principle. The yellow pillars at the top are flexible mounts (MISUMI BGOMA12160). The X motor (not shown) is at the end of the rails for fast movement (this is not a CNC, speed matters). The screws in the end of the Z rail and the aluminum extrusion pieces holding back and front plates together is MISUMI HTJ5, which works great with MakerSlide and similar extrusions. In case you are interest of the details, ask and I'll send a rotate-able and zoomable PDF (800k, too big to attach here) . I can also send the CAD data in GeoMagic format (might open in Alibre PE too).
