Keep posting the truthful feedback, because it helps me show the company leadership how we can get better. Without this, I can't bring evidence that promotions like this are of interest to our market (especially individuals), but our internal systems need attention to handle them right.

Misumi practices Kaizen principles, it's the idea of continuous improvement. The company takes stuff like this seriously. Keep on keepin' on, and post the good, the bad, and the ugly.

How about the ugly part where I ordered something before the ship date cutoff, then you guys changed the ship date by three weeks, and just this morning I was told your employees never placed my order so now the ship date is further pushed back
Well, that's a pretty ugly part, indeed. I'm sorry that happened, please email me so I can try and help if you need it: cstraetz@misumiusa.com
Carey, I sent you an email just a few moments ago. I won't be doing business with misumi in the future. I'd have no problem paying more money, for the same product, with better customer service and without all the "guesses" on ship dates and not being able to cancel an order.

Let's get some perspective here:

1.) You're getting (essentially)free stuff.
2.) Everyone (literally) on the internet is taking advantage of this deal. There is a wait for everything. 3 weeks may be excessive, but they just got raided by the reddit army. I bet their shelves are empty and there's nothing to be done about it.

I have bought from Misumi in the past and will buy from them in the future with zero hesitation. Are some of their components pricey? Sure they are, but their customer service is good, they ship fast and they have a ton of support on their website. And I'm certain that Misumi will take this experience and learn from it.

And if Carey reads this - can you come down on the BVGTNL3's? That would be awesome...

Yeah, I have to agree akhlut. Shipping was expensive, and I had a few hiccups with my order (still waiting on confirmation of final resolution), but this was still a pretty good deal.

Today I've noticed they provide a rough estimator of shipping. We need to know the weight of our items we order, and they provide a table of price vs weight :-). So it is better than earlier.
