It is serial #0037, one of the first ones made. It has the stiffened Z-axis plate (which I think now comes standard). Limit/homing switches. 1/2" thick aluminum bed threaded every couple inches for hold-downs, all made by Carbide3D at some point, not sure if they still do. It has the mount for Dewalt 611 trim router, but I'm keeping mine (sorry). 16x16" cutting area.
Sorry, the pics are dirty, I haven't used it in a while and my shop is going through some changes.
There is one "oopsie" on the aluminum bed where the spindle dropped into it in the front left corner (the shiny spot).
As it is a first gen controller board, it had some usb disconnect issues (see forums), which I fixed by using an FTDI to USB cable. Works flawlessly, but means you can't (or at least couldn't a year a go when I asked) use the CarbideMotion software. I used UGCS, which works great. They might be able to send a newer board to you, though. (I had mixed results with the usb isolator dongle thingy they sent out, and didn't want to bother them anymore).
Edit. It also comes with a Z-zero plate kit, but I haven't wired it up yet or anything (again info in the forums to make it pretty easy).
Located in northern CO (80537). Prefer local pickup, but if you want to pay for shipping I'll ship it anywhere in the US, but I imagine it will be expensive, being like 80 lbs or so.
