Pacific Fasteners, in Burnaby, BC, Canada has an unbelievable selection of stuff. Hours are not the most convenient, but they're great once you get in there...I believe they are in Toronto and Seattle too, but cannot vouch for those locations.

Great! That's just the kind of place I was hoping for --- I think this could be an interesting bit of crowd-sourcing, to locate shops like this.

I'd like to nominate McJing in Yagoona, NSW, Australia. It's an Aladin Cave of tools, machine parts and Materials. Well worth a visit if you are in Western Sydney.

Reasonable prices on End mills. Has a great section of work holding down the back. I've bought a few bits and pieces for my Shapeoko there.

Staff know their stuff.

I grew up in Illinois and there is a great woodworking shop that has classes, demos, and a "dreamshop" with awesome equipment members can use. They carry a few cnc machines too.

They even have some Lie Nielsen tools for the less technologically inclined. I've had nothing but good service from them and every employee was knowledgable and helpful.
