the first motor is shorter in length and diameter. it also has a higher voltage rating. it uses that higher voltage to get the higher power rating. it will also run hotter than the second.

For long running jobs you would want a water cooled motor with some type of water supply to cool the motor. lower Kv would have more torque and less RPM. larger diameter can size will also have more torque. don't forget you need a plan to supply power to run the motor of your choice.

For the RPM I will choose the right pulleys to get the right max speed.

As ESC I thought this one would be good (it's cheap and they say that it has good heat dissipation):

There are a lot of power supplies on Ebay and someone said something about server power supplies.
