Latency issues? Try switching to a vesa driver for video

Just a little tip before you go disabling SMI or any other hacks.

I am using an older Dell with onboard Intel video and I was getting latency test readings of 150000-200000 which was causing anything from LinuxCNC crashes to just all around system performance issues.

Ran across a post that suggested creating a new Xorg.conf and modifying it to use the bare bones VESA driver for video. Since LinuxCNC doesn't rely on high performance graphics, this shouldn't be an issue.

I made the change and my latency instantly dropped to 15000 or less. LinuxCNC is now very happy after updating my machine config and dropping the max jitter down to 20000.
