I started milling my first PCBs last night with my S03 and a 0.1mm, 10deg V bit.
I think I was a little too ambitious for my first time out, however, because the traces I ended up with aren't usable. What sort of cut-width and accuracy should I reasonable expect to get out of my setup?

Are you doing any depth probing? That can make a big difference when engraving PCBs.

I have not done any probing, but my work area is quite small (maybe an inch square or so) and well clamped.
To phrase my question more precisely: what ideal should I aim for? When should I assume that I've maxed out the performance of my machine with regards to PCBs.
