Home cycle trouble

I have just finished to assembly the Shapeoko.
I have mounted the limith Switch and they all work in JOG Mode (moving the machine with sign).
I have tried to make the home cycle, but the limit switches have not been detected, and break the limith switches. Now changed.

This for me doesn't make sense. If the limit switches works in JOG mode they should work in homing Cycle.
This is my GRBL configuration.
Grbl 0.9g

The config looks okay. First thing I would do is upgrade to Grbl 0.9i and see if it still fails to home properly.

I have update to GRBL 0.9i, but the problem is not solved. Thanks

So looking at your config again, you have $3 = 4. This means that you have inverted your Z motor direction.

You also have $23 = 1 which means that the X axis will home towards the positive side.

Set them both to 0 unless you have something weird in your machine design.

Since I bought limit switches, this is really helpful info for set up as I wondering how to do this. Thanks.
Too bad there are not limit switch setting adjustments this easy for ex's.

I made the changes but nothing change in Homing cycle.
I have tried to use Universal GCode Sender 1.0.8 but doesn't detect the CNC. 1.0.7 works and is the one I'm using. I don't Know if this means somting.

Solved
If you look ath these scheme, there is a differenze in the Z axis Pin.
Is not more n.11 of arduino board but 12.
With 12 now works.
Maybe somthing changed

Ah, yes, the Z limit pin changed in Grbl in one of the v0.9 releases. Sorry that I didn't catch that.
