i change the shield for another and i put a fan

Just a random thought...
Could the electromagnet that you're using for the pen be creating a pulse that is interfering with the stepper motors some how?

because it works well when I make drawings with text for exemple...

Just to be sure, can you post the GCode for your grid pattern ?
Also did you try to run it at slower feedrate, just for the test ?

i made a test with a slower federate, and another test with 1/4 step. it's the same thing.
