I'm impressed by the surface finish on the parts pictured. I would have never guessed that it would come out so clean. Nice work.

The photo shows good cut's when the cutter got blunt it made very bad cuts... one tool per for each new part worked well... but i ran out of cutters... and now i have done some more with some 3 flute spiral cutters i had and found the finish not as good but could cut with 0.1mm step down and not damage the tool. Note im blowing out the grove with compressed air as it goes, with a air compressor.

Looks great! How was the precision of your cut? Would it work with 3D carving?
Can you link to which cutter you used?
