Ok now that the AtomCNC is made... i need to make a case... any ideas on how where to start?
I made my board in Solidworks with the terminals,power & usb for reference... Its all exact measurements (or i hope

)
I used a digital caliper to take measurements and create the terminal, usb, power and reset button. It all seems to fit into place without having to scale anything so i assume its all good.

2 questions. One how are you going to cut the holes for the tabs with square inside corners, and do you think there's enough material outside of the holes to be strong?

Ok ,
1) The square holes will appear to be square if i use a smaller bit
2) thanks for telling me about the edge... didnt realize how thin it was. ill extend them
