Really nice work!
I might try to make this one to use with my spare Makita in case the Kress poops out at the wrong moment.

Your link has an extra 2 at the end: http://www.manmademayhem.com/?p=2325

Your Linear Slide CNC Router Actuator is pretty sweet http://www.manmademayhem.com/?p=2199
But it is almost 2Kg. How is that compared to your old parts?

thanks for the kind words

and thanks for catching that link mistake.

It may be heavier, but everything is mounted closer to the rail, and I reinforced it. All things considered I'd recommend it in a heartbeat!

Cool...was the SVG created in Inkscape? When I bring it into Inkscape, it's seems a little small.
No longer have a Shapeoko, but use a machine of my own design...

Nope, designed in rhino, exported to illustrator and made the svg from there.

But dimensions are 92x75mm, which would make the circle 65,5mm across

Vert nice looking mounts. I will probably cut new ones when I go to install new C-Beam Linear actuator I ordered today.
