A bundle of Make: books, as cheap as you want them!

Post by cvoinescu » Thu May 14, 2015 10:43 am

Humble Bundle are selling a bunch of interesting books, mostly from Make. They will be available for two weeks, starting yesterday.

You can pay anything, even less than a dollar, and get five books. You can pay more than their current average (about $14 as I write this) and get six more books. They seem more interesting than the first five. You can pay $15 or more and get two more books, for a total of thirteen. Humble Bundle usually add more stuff to their bundles as the time goes, and, if you paid more than the average, you'll get those too. All books are in PDF, EPUB and MOBI formats (DRM-free), except two that are PDF only.

I've had my eye on two of these books for a while, so when I could have those and a bunch of others for $15, it was a no-brainer. So I thought I'd share. :)

I wish these forums had a thumbs-up or +1 feature.

Hunble Bundle are offering a new bundle of Make: books. Same mechanics as last time: pay anything you want for some books, pay more than the current average to get more, or pay $15 to get all of them. You can choose how to split the money between the publisher, the charity they're supporting (Maker Ed), and Humble Bundle itself.

Gah, only noticed this post now, so missed it badly. Really wishing the "Subscribe" feature for this forum was reliable. ;)

They're offering more books (although some are the same as before), mostly focused on Arduino and Raspberry Pi this time.
