If there's something wrong w/ the extrusion, contact support@carbide3d.com (it'll help to send them a photo) and give them a chance to determine what should be done.

One can make use of a metal-filled epoxy to repair dings in the extrusion (this is mentioned on the wiki).

Finally got around to assembling mine, and I am having the same issue.
Anyone have a solution?
Try a bigger screw?
