Y2 Motor Moves One Direction Only
Y2 Motor Moves One Direction Only
I completed assembling my Shapeoko XL last night. However, when I try to jog the y-axis my y2 motor only moves -y when I try to jog -y or +y. My y1 motor works and they are wired the exact same. I swapped the y1 and y2 axis connections on the controller and the problem still happens on the y2 I/O only. It has something to do with the controller or software. I've triple checked my connections. Hopefully this makes sense.

Bad controller.
Please contact support@carbide3d.com and we'll get a replacement to you as quickly as we can.
If possible, please use the same e-mail address you used to place the order, and if you have multiple problems, please send in a fresh e-mail, as opposed to stacking additional issues onto a previous e-mail chain (if it's already assigned to a person it won't be acted on until that specific person comes in, but if it's unassigned, anyone can grab and act on it).
