What are those sexy circular connectors i see everyone using for the stepper motors?

Also there should be a hardware section.... or at least name this "Hardware/Electronics"

I think you're talking about the "flexible shaft coupler".

na, i have 4 of those in my draw :)

I mean ... you see the 3 connectors on this case? (at the top)

a bit expensive but worth it i bet.... Ill order some this week. Perhaps tomorrow... (payday) :)

They are a little pricey. If you have a radio shack close by, they actually carry them! (I know it's unbelievable).

Somewhere else in the forum another user was using a 4 pin speaker barrel connector that costs a little less and (IMO) looked a bit nicer. I'll find the link.

Those are 4 pole speakon connectors. They are pretty inexpensive overall.

While they're definitely not as sexy, has anyone considered using S-video connectors? They have 4 conductors, and I've collected a bunch of all-but-obsolete S-video cables. Female connectors are dirt cheap:
