Just got my kit on Thursday and started to tinker with it today.....This will be my first CNC.....But I love my toys....Have 2 3D printers and one Laser cutter so I think it will fit right into the family.

Built a 4 foot by 4 foot table for it....

There've been a bunch of questions about assembling the frame for this --- looking forward to your photos.

I've been one of the ones asking....Lol.....I will try and document it the best i can but once i get working i tend to forget................For what im going to do i think im going to cut down the 1500mm rails to make it easier to enclose the machine......But still thinking on that for another couple of hours.....

This is how I decided to do mine....I put the center rib in after I took the pictures. ...

Hey good job indeed.

Yours is the first picture I see of a vacuum/dust collector and a quiet cut spindle setup. Since you have a couple of 3D printers I assume you printed the spindle and vacuum mounts? Would you mind very much sharing the files you used?

I don't have a 3D printer, but I'm thinking I could still mill the clamps out of HDPE.
