I'm a bit late to the forum so I only have some after pics. I got all the bugs out and produced my first usable parts just the other day:

DW660 mount, cut with a DW660 using the kit's brackets.

Then I promptly took it apart.

I'm waiting for some longer screws to reach the t-slot nuts.

This motor was getting REALLY hot, so I ziptied an extra northbridge heatsink onto it. I swapped out the long M3 screws and nylon spacers for two 25mm standoffs. This helped with the wobble tremendously; it leaves a gap between the motor shaft and the threaded rod. It's also a lot more stiff.

And finally, outboard belt mod using more of those 25mm standoffs, but I need a better belt tensioner.

Can you share your dw660 mount design? Do you have it as a cad file? I just bought one and I'm looking for a way to mount it.

You can find the files you'll need to make that mount on the github site: ... r/upgrades
