JSCut Tabs

Post by Dhpenner1 » Fri Nov 07, 2014 4:09 pm

I was using JSCut for the first time yesterday and I really like it, but for the life of me I couldn't get it to make reasonable tabs to hold my piece down during cutting. It's hard to describe the "tabs" it would lay out but I would say it looked like an audio file graph. Up, down, big gap, little gap, a lot of plunging up and down in the same spot. If I tried to adjust the cuts at all they would just disappear.

I'm familiar with makercam I i like the way you setup tabs on there. Anyone know what the problem is?

Please post your gist link here so I can see what's happening:
  1. Click Save Settings
  2. Click the Gist button
  3. Click the Create Gist button
  4. Copy the link and post it here

This makes perfect sense. I was selecting my object and trying to add cuts because I thought it would add them automatically. Thanks very much, I'm looking forward to trying it out.
