Cetina CAD freeware front panel designer

This was mentioned on the Carbide3D forums:

Gets a positive mention most places and appears on some Windows download sites, so likely Windows-only.

Site seems to be down at the moment --- it did work when I first posted it --- if you check at http://community.carbide3d.com you should be able to find a link on CNET.com or some similar download hosting site if memory serves.

Ok seems to be free BUT... it will only save in the program format. In order to save/export to a dxf/dwg/gcode you must order and pay about $88. but looks like a fairly simple program and does have a neat part library.
