UGS Platform - macros?

Post by aarvidsson » Wed Feb 08, 2017 7:13 pm

I've been toying with UGS platform and I see an amazing potential in this software for me. I'm curious about the macro functionality though; is it just me that's doing something wrong or is this not implemented yet?

I found the newer UI a little confusing, but it still works. I use UGS macros for setting my G54 WCS and navigating to X0Y0

What's the particular problem that you're experiencing?

Aha! The fact that you managed to create one made me look at it again, and NOW I get how to define the macro. Thanks for the push :)

Now, how to bind a macro to a key in the keymap...?

I think it just might be the number next to the macro

No, I don't think that works :( At least not for me?

I have the same question as the OP: How do I define a macro in UGS Platform? Unlike him, I haven't been able to figure it out.

Can anyone offer a clue to a noob?

Duh - just found it. (Options->UGS, for any others who haven't yet.) Sorry for the noise.
