Stars on US flag
I have had my XXL for about a month and am trying to make the portion of the United States flag where all of the stars appear. I downloaded an image of that which Carbide Create could work with. I am trying to use a 90° V Cut tool to do this with. I have the correct X,Y and Z parameters and extract distance. However, not only is it cutting the stars, but the tool path as well. Can anyone help me? Thanks

Post the file or a screengrab?
Some discussion of this sort of thing at: https://community.carbide3d.com/t/creat ... ments/8787 and I believe there are some sample files on cutrocket.com

Thanks for your reply. After much trial and mostly error I managed, with a lot of help from others, to do this.
