Query/Help

Post by C.Price » Mon Apr 08, 2019 4:27 pm

Hi guys, I'm very new to the CNC world and I have been trying to create coasters with little success. I am currently using easel and carbide motion with a 60 degree and 90 degree v bit. Every time I create a coaster the wording is butchered and I have used a few different fonts with little improvement. Not only this but there is often overlap in the lines most notably on the top left which there should not be. If anyone can identify the problem and how to fix it it would be much appreciated
Thanks Connor

P.S apologies about the pictures being all different sizes and being all over the place

Thank you WillAdams for the quick reply, I have made the necessary mechanical adjustments now which has improved the overall quality significant, I will just need to make a few more minor adjustments to get it to the quality I desire but wont take much effort.
Thank you again for the quick and useful reply.
