"Uncle"!

I give up! I have search Carbide Create (v520) and I can find no place to add a new tool. I'm trying to flatten an MDF scrapboard and need to set up a new 1: inch 2 flute 1/4 inch bit but can find no place to do it??

I have reviewed the video on haw to set up a new bit, but that video is not the same interface/version as the current one I have and just downloaded .

Can someone help?
