Experiences with myhobby-cnc.de?

Post by med » Wed Apr 02, 2014 9:17 am

Hello,

at http://shop.myhobby-cnc.de Ronald Holze is offering Shapeoko and Shapeoko 2 kits to Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Denmark and Italy .

Does anyone has already experience with that supplier and can tell something about the kit quality etc...?

There was one person who bought a machine. Thread here: http://www.shapeoko.com/forum/viewtopic ... 51&p=18545

I added a new section to the Vendors page: http://www.shapeoko.com/wiki/index.php/ ... ty_Vendors --- hopefully that's suitably factual as to avoid any sort of difficulties, while cautionary enough to make people pause, and nuanced enough that maybe the guy will step up and fix things and join the community.

Have you considered: http://www.fabbmatic.com/Produkte/Seite ... e/ShapeOko --- no reports on them as-of-yet.

Wrote with the owner of myhobby-cnc.de and asked him about the case with neptunier. After that I decided to order via him, because amber-spyglass is down for some time and he was also very helpful regarding my questions and build requests. I will report back how it worked out, how the quality of the build and the service is in the end.
