Did I just kill my shapeoko ?
So, today was adjusting-motor-voltage day.
I took my multimeter, removed the GT bands and tried to measure in order to adjust the voltage to fix my step skipping problem.
Doing so, I accidently touched the grblShield somewhere with my multimeter and after that, it started blinking and making on-off sounds.
after I hit reset orange switch on grblShield it blinks for a sec then goes back to this state.

Questions:
1. did I kill the grblShield?
2. is there a way to fix it or do I need a new one?
3. could I have damaged the motors?
4. could I have damaged the arduino?
5. irrelevant question to the problem but for the future -> what settings do i need on my multimeter?

You may have blown a pin on the UNO. If this is the case then you need a new one.
But before you do that, have you tried re-flashing GRBL to the original UNO?
So if re-flashing doesn't work and a new UNO doesn't work you can trash the GRBLshield. Unfortunately, the GRBLshield is an all-in-one with no user-serviceable parts.
If you managed to destroy it you should consider a modular solution, like a buildlog stepper shield. http://www.reactivesubstance.com/shop.html

Reflashed. still blue light is blinking on and off.
Im getting new hardware. (im getting a new PSU in case that blew out as well, as it seems to be blinking on-off with grbl)

What kind of multimeter do you have? Manual or autorange?

You killed the GRBL shield. I did something similar, and got exactly the same result. There is a short somewhere on the board and the powersupply is shutting down to protect it self then auto resetting.
