He's been short handed apparently, but he got back to me.

It looks like the best bet is to stick with a 2 flute end mill in various sizes. Most of the ones he lists are designed for FRP and plastic, but can be used with aluminum, copper, and brass. I would assume if you can cut that, wood would not be a problem either.

So I'm suggesting a set of 10 with these sizes:
2x 0.80mm (.0315"), 2 flute, 0.120" cutting depth
2x 1.50mm (.0591"), 2 flute, 0.250" cutting depth
2x 2.40mm (.0945"), 2 flute, 0.390" cutting depth
2x 3.00mm (.1181"), 2 flute, 0.500" cutting depth
1x 82 degree, 2 flute, .012" tip engraving bit
1x 90 degree, 2 flute, .012" tip engraving bit

The reason I suggest an 82 and 90 degree engraving bit is that they can be used for chamfering edges and countersinking holes (imperial uses 82 degree, metric uses 90 degree).

I'm just waiting on word back on what the price would be for the group discount, I'll post as soon as I know, along with details on how to order them. Also keep in mind, that if you don't want these sizes, he has lots of other ones you can order on their own, or in addition to this kit.

I've sent the guy a few messages and gotten no response. Sorry everyone, I think it's best if you fend for yourself for the moment. I don't like dealing with vendors that aren't prompt, no matter what their excuses are. It only takes a few minutes to fire off an email.

If anyone else has good sources for small end mills, please post them for everyone.

I ordered a 30, 60 and 90 degree bit(s) from him the other week and they're already in the post, so I'm not sure why they're unresponsive.
