Traffolyte material in Europe?

Post by aarvidsson » Tue Jun 23, 2015 8:07 pm

I'm trying to find a company that sells traffolyte material (engraving laminate for signs and such) in Europe that ships to Sweden and won't cost a fortune. I thought I had found a guy in Poland that could provide it, but he turned out to be if not a scam a complete failure. Inventables (as usual) sells great two-color HDPE, but the shipping is as always a bit too steep when ordering to Europe :/

*edit* ...and as soon as I posted this, I got a tip from another forum. This was better: http://www.sorotec.de/shop/index.php/ca ... l-1-5.html

I do not know exactly what you are looking for but Hindleys here in UK have multilayered sheets.

Have a look here: http://www.hindleys.com/index.php/mater ... sheet.html

George,

That looks awesome, but for one thing: they charge £37 (!) for shipping one sheet to Sweden. The German site was like €8 for four sheets :)

That is very expensive. Maybe you can find a signmaker is Sweden and ask them where they buy their boards.

I've tried, but so far noone wants to talk to a private citizen. Might be me, though :) I'll go with the German webshop to begin with! Thank you for your link, I'll add it to my ever growing collection.

Here is another company.

They have warehouse in Finland and deliver in all Europe.

I do not know about cost delivery but have a look.
