I use Onshape for CAD, MeshCAM for CAD, and Carbide Motion for gcode. I did a quick and dirty trial and it appears that moving the x-axis 1 meter corresponds to a full revolution of my table. Of course, that will vary depending on your pulley/gear ratio. Maybe I just got lucky...

I suspect my rotary table has very limited applications. The router can only reach the outer edge of table (for my set up that's about 3" in from the edge for a 25" diameter part. That's all I need so I'm happy. I suppose it would work for 'carving' decorations in a wooden ship's wheel. (You know, the kind that pirates steer with.)
