You probably just grabbed the wrong download for it accidentally. The download page for it isn't the easiest to choose from. :(

This is the one you want:

https://github.com/gerritv/Grbl-Panel/f ... .0.9.3.zip :)

For usage info, this seems like it would be helpful:

I consider myself a pretty tech savvy guy but find Github to be terrible for just finding what the heck you want. Maybe I am dumber that I realize, but it usually tskes me a minute to find the aftual program.

Yeah, for programmers/developers it's pretty great. For everyone else though... not so much.

But, GitHub gives projects the option to make websites fairly simply, instead of just having a project page.

For example, compare the website for "Database Browser for SQLite", to its' project page. (I help out that project occasionally)

While the website isn't fantastic, it's better than a straight project page for most people.
(and it only took a few minutes to set up - GitHub provides templates for the lazy :D).

If more projects used the website capability and "download here" type buttons, it'd probably make people's lives easier. ;)

Haha yeah, I've had my fair share of frustration because of Github. It's terrible for normal users.

AnonPerson: That website is fantastic in my opinion. A screenshot and description and huge blue buttons to download. Would take me all of 5 seconds from opening it to being done.
