I also made a DW660 mounting bracket. It's two parts and designed to be 3D printed. I wanted it to be strong, so I designed it to print hallow (1.5mm walls) and then filled with epoxy. I also made the shape conform to the non-round shape of the DW660. The top bracket is designed to hold a limit switch that triggers off the stepper motor mounting plate. Also, the bracket positions the DW660 far enough out so it just clears the stepper motor bracket. Files and more pictures are on Thingiverse: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:314663

Can someone post the Gcode so I can cut these in Easel? I dont have any other software to convert anything- and the first file says it is Gcode, but it wont import into Easel.

There is a DXF in the post: http://www.shapeoko.com/forum/viewtopic ... =10#p23309 --- d/l that, open in Inkscape, save out as an SVG and it should work.

There's a PDF version here: https://github.com/shapeoko/ShapeOko/bl ... _Mount.pdf --- open that in Inkscape, delete everything you don't need, join everything else into a single path, then save as an SVG.

And here's a .svg which should be ready for cutting (please check dimensions first):

I used the above SVG, only adding a box to make the mounting depth thinner (so I could reuse my short screws) and doing a little scaling. It works great!

As posted. I had to cut the opening with a saw since I used a 1/4" bit. THese are 3/8" UHMW.

Modified slightly and scaled to fit:
