That looks really cool, Nio. Did you make the bearing holder clamped into the bottom Z axis bracket? It looks like a pillow block bearing. IN any case, it looks like a pretty good fit. I wonder, if the bearing gets hot under load, will it melt its way out of the plastic?
Definitely looks impressive, it'll be interesting to hear how you find it in use.
