What voltage were you running the spindle at?
If it was a 48V spindle running at 12v it may not have been developing full power.

If you are asking about the video, the spindle was running at 48v and the speed was controlled using a PWM controller. If I understand what I was doing, that iswz9v wrote:What voltage were you running the spindle at?

Thanks, good to know you were running 48V at the spindle. Nobody had said what they were running as far as voltage. Knowing that I'm worried about the power again. By wattage it should have been double the Dremel and half the DW660 I was kind of hoping the bad cuts in the plywood (earlier post) could be explained with low voltage. Guess the spindle search continues.
