Z Axis reversed
My Shapeoko 2 works, but the Z axis is reversed, is there a way to fix this with wiring?

Any one of these changes will reverse the direction:
swap the two wires of the first pair;
swap the two wires of the second pair;
swap the two pairs between them.[7]

What color should go to what color? Or do you mean swap the black and green where they go into the Gshield?

Re: Z Axis reversed
If black and green are the left-most or right-most pairs, yes, they’re a pair and swapping them will reverse the axis.

Also ,what version of GRBL are you running? I ask because when I first got my shapeoko going a month ago I was running 0.8 and had to reverse my Z Axis to make it function properly......When I upgraded to the new 0.9 I had to reverse it again back the way it was originally ....

I switched the wires and it's fine now. It's version 8

Just be ready, when and if you upgrade to the 0.9 you will more than likely have to switch them back...
