steps Per for Shapeoko with Acme lead screw

The steps per capcualtion so far requires things I do not have, but I have other information I am trying to tie in.

Here it goes

Nema 23 motor 200 steps per revolution. I have a TB6600 Driver set at 1/16th microsteps and I know from the tinyG that 40mm per revolution is the going rate for the motor

Is "Steps Per" meaning steps per inch?? 200 x 16 = 3200 steps per rev. From the tinyG I get 1 rev = 1.5748 inches for X and Y and 1 rev = 0.0822 inches for Z

How do I combine these two?
