I don't want to stress my rig (Shapeoko3) and would rather wire it up correctly the first time. I can't figure it out from the doc.
My coils wiring is
Coil 1) Red (R) and Cyan (C) wires
Coil 2) Green (G) and Black (B) wires
and is the same for left and right Y-axis motors.
What should be my wiring configuration? Left Motor RCGB matches to Right Motor GBRC?
Thanks.

Re: Shapeoko3 Y-axis wiring question
The motor wiring should be the same for both motors --- the counter-rotation is done via the electronics.
See the Stepoko board documentation to see how.

Re: Shapeoko3 Y-axis wiring question
There are 4 Y-axis motor connectors on the Shapoko board:
A+, A-, B+, B-
Let's say I wire A+ to R, A- to C, B+ to G and B- to B for the left motor.
Then how should I wire the right motor? Should it be A+ to B, A- to G, B+ to C and B- to R?

Ha ha.
Lucky guess on my part. That combination worked.
