Precision collett versus sleeve adapter

What is the difference between the precision collett sold by C3D and using the stock DWP611 collett nut with a quality 1/8" adapter sleeve (such as Amana)?

The precision collet is one part, and should:

- have less runout --- this and the below should also be true comparing the precision collet to the stock one
- have better balance
- have fewer possibilities of problems / difficulties

Many folks use the reducing sleeves w/o problem, while some folks have problems. It's just easier to my mind to get the better collet and be done with it. Precision has to start somewhere.
