It is a 445nm (Blue) M140 in an Aixiz mount, same as jhilt67 identified. I used the DeWalt 660 mount to attach it to my pond Koi.

I made one of those from blue ray 12x laser but it would not burn that fast. I can't remember what the NM's was.

Added new belt clamps, a bit cleaner looking. Made with 1/2" Starboard. All friction fit to the angle brackets, pretty happy with them so far.
