Another milled and drilled PCB

Post by PsyKo » Sun Jun 09, 2013 9:57 pm

Hello folks,

just to share, here is what i did this weekend. For some reason I don't know, some hole are nicely located, while some other are a little bit off. I have to figure out why.
The best matching holes are the one closer to the 0 point (top right corner of the first image). When the machine goes further away, they are off. Probably a cumulative error ?

Tool workflow is Eagle -> PCB GCode plugin for eagle -> UGCS

Edit : for a scale purpose, the 4 "big" holes are 3mm diameter.
