Disconnection issues : Serial Port Error

Post by ygil » Thu Jun 27, 2019 5:43 pm

Hi,
I am facing a situation and I cannot get rid of it. I have Sent this email last WE to support.. but I received no help up to now.

I have expanded my shapeoko classic to XXL. I was about to make my first tests in order to make holes in the wasteboard.
This error appeared for the first time in the middle of the tests and now I cannot get further.

I have checked on the community site, but my problem has nothing to do with the dewalt router, because the error occurs in the beginning and the router is not even turned on.

Please check the Video I attached.
- I just start the home cycling
- And move to center of the wasteboard or to the zero point and most of the time I received already the disconnection error message (Error 1, or 4 or 20 up to now)

Once the error occurred, I have to witch on the PCB in order to reconnect to it.

Something you have to know, I have also added a laser to my shapeoko, and Use UGS when using the laser.
I have tested a long job, and it have stopped it after 10 mins without any disconnection.

Here is the log of execution of the attached video : https://www.dropbox.com/s/rk2fsq389f3cy ... o.mp4?dl=0
